Does the bot make up information (hallucinate)?
Thanks to the RAG architecture, the risk of hallucination is minimized. The bot receives the instruction: "Respond ONLY based on the provided context". If it does not find information in your data, it will inform the customer and refer them to human contact.
How often is the knowledge base updated?
Depending on the package, our system automatically scans your site (monthly or weekly). You can also trigger a manual update in the panel.
Does the bot support other languages?
Yes. The AI model automatically detects the language of the question. If a customer from Germany asks about a product in German, the bot will search the database but generate the answer in German.
How secure is my data?
All data is stored in an encrypted database with access only for your bot. We apply security standards compliant with GDPR. Your content is not shared with other users.
Can I export my data?
