1. General provisions

These terms define the rules for using the AI chat available on ZenTalk AI (the "Chat" or "Service"). The owner is Global Thiel, NIP: 781-177-53-36, REGON: 302-327-865 (the "Administrator").

2. Scope of services

The AI Chat allows users to ask questions and receive AI-generated answers. The Chat provides information for informational and educational purposes and does not replace professional legal, financial, medical or technical advice. Access to some features may be paid.

3. Terms of use

  • Use of the Chat is permitted only in a lawful manner and in accordance with good practice.
  • You may not share sensitive data or illegal content.
  • The user accepts that Chat-generated answers are for information only and may not be 100% accurate.
  • Any interference with the Chat code, system or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

The Administrator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information obtained from the Chat. The user uses the Chat at their own risk. The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Chat.

5. Intellectual property

All content, graphics, logos and software of the Chat are the property of Global Thiel or licensors. Copying or sharing without consent is prohibited.

6. Personal data protection

7. Payments

Some Chat features are available under a paid model (subscription, Enterprise). Pricing is available on the Service website. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (cards, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay / Google Pay).

7a. Plans, subscriptions and Trial

The Administrator offers Start, Business, Enterprise plans and a 7-day free Trial. After the Trial, the subscription converts to paid (139 PLN/month). Cancellation is possible at any time. Details on the Service website.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services where performance has begun with the consumer's consent. Activating the Trial or subscription constitutes consent. Refunds in justified cases (malfunction, billing error) – same payment method.

9. Complaints and support

Complaints and comments: contact form or [email protected]. The Administrator will handle complaints within 14 business days.

10. Limitation of liability

The Administrator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Chat, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Final provisions

  • The Administrator reserves the right to change the terms. The current version is always available on the website.
  • Polish law applies to matters not covered herein.
  • Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court.
