Privacy Policy – ZenTalk AI Chat

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of users of the AI chat (the "Chat"). The data controller is Global Thiel, NIP: 781-177-53-36, REGON: 302-327-865. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

When using the Chat, the following may be processed: message content, technical data (IP, date, browser), voluntarily provided data (name, email, phone). The controller does not encourage providing sensitive data.

Purposes: providing answers via the AI chat, improving quality, IT security, statistical analysis, legitimate interests. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f), (b), (a) GDPR.

The Chat uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Responses are for information only and do not constitute legal, financial or medical advice. The controller endeavours to ensure accuracy but is not liable for user decisions.

Data is stored on VPS servers (Hostinger, EU infrastructure). The controller applies technical and organisational measures to protect data.

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose, until objection, or as required by law. Conversation content may be anonymised and used for statistical purposes.

Data may be shared with: hosting and IT providers, tool providers, public authorities (where required by law). The controller does not sell personal data.

The user has the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies and technical data are used for: proper operation, quality improvement, statistical analysis.

The controller reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy in the event of changes in law or the way the Chat operates.
