Simple, transparent rules
- Commission is 20% of the net amount actually paid by the referred customer.
- Monthly subscription: commission on every paid payment for the first 12 months, counted from the first payment.
- Yearly subscription: 20% of the yearly amount, paid once after the customer pays.
- The 14-day trial is free — commission starts with the first payment.
- The referred customer must be new to ZenTalk AI and provide your partner code.
- If the customer cancels early, commission ends with the last paid payment. No commission is due on refunded payments.
- We settle monthly — for customer payments booked in the previous month.

Is there a limit on referred customers?
No. Every referred customer is a separate commission — refer one or fifty.
When do the 12 months start?
With the customer’s first payment after the trial. Each customer has their own 12 months.
What if the customer changes plan?
Commission is always 20% of what the customer actually paid — if they upgrade, your commission grows too.
Do I have to help with setup?
No. We handle configuration, support and billing. If you like, you can set up the chat yourself.
How does the customer show they came from me?
They enter your partner code at purchase or mention it in a message to us. You can also simply introduce the customer to us by email.
When do I get paid?
Every month by bank transfer — for customer payments booked in the previous month.
